Shipping & Production

What are your production timelines? +

Because we prioritize quality over speed, please note:

  • Ready-to-Wear: Ships within 3–5 business days.
  • Custom/Prom Gowns: Require a 4–8 week production window. We recommend  booking your consultation at least 3 months before your event.
How long does shipping take? +
  • Domestic Shipping (US): 3–7 business days via USPS/UPS.
  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days. Custom duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
How can I track my order? +

Once your order is handcrafted and packaged, you will receive a tracking number via email to follow the journey of your masterpiece.

Can I provide my own fabric? +

We prefer using our high-quality curated fabrics to ensure the structure of the design, but we are open to discussing it during your consultation.

Do you offer rush orders? +

Yes, depending on our current schedule. Rush orders (under 4 weeks) incur a $75+ fee.

What if I lose or gain weight before my event? +

We recommend booking your final measurements as close to the production date as possible. Our designs often include seam allowances for minor local adjustments.

Booking Policy

Consultations: A non-refundable $100 consultation fee is required to secure your appointment. This fee will be credited toward your final order balance.

Deposits: A 70% non-refundable deposit is required to begin production. Work will only commence once the deposit is received.

Final Payment: The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to the final fitting or shipment of your garment.

Cancellations: Once fabric has been procured and cut, we cannot offer cancellations or refunds due to the custom nature of our work.
