    Custom & Made-to-Order Couture

    Final Sale: As these pieces are drafted and sewn to your unique silhouette, all custom designs and prom gowns are non-returnable.

    Our Fit Guarantee:

    • Bespoke Alteration Credit: Up to $50 USD toward a local professional tailor (Receipt required).
    • Studio Refinement: Return within 7 days for a free adjustment (Client handles shipping).

    Ready-to-Wear (Sewasimi Daily)

    Eligible for Store Credit or Exchanges within a 14-day window of delivery.

    Items must be in pristine condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags intact.

    2. Tracking Your Journey

    We highly recommend tracking your order daily once it leaves our studio.

    Monitoring your shipment ensures you are prepared for its arrival and helps you stay within the 14-day window for any necessary exchanges on our Daily pieces. Staying updated is the best way to ensure a seamless experience from our hands to yours.

    3. Our Refund Policy

    Sewasimilara does not offer monetary refunds to original payment methods.

    • Custom Pieces: Strictly no monetary refunds due to the personalized nature of the work.
    • Ready-to-Wear: Refunds are issued via a Sewasimilara E-Gift Card. This credit never expires and allows you to select a different piece at a later date.

    4. Care, Damages & Shipping

    Please inspect your garment immediately upon arrival.

    Grace Period 48 hours from delivery timestamp to report issues.

    Exclusions: Policy does not cover accidental damage during unboxing (e.g., scissor nicks) or stolen packages confirmed as "Delivered."
