Thank you for choosing SEWASIMILARA. Because we prioritize quality over speed, every piece is handled with extreme care to ensure it meets our standards before it reaches your door.
1. Production Timelines
Before an item is shipped, it must undergo our dedicated production process. Please note the following timelines:

Ready-to-Wear: These pieces typically ship within 3–5 business days.

Custom/Prom Gowns: Require a 4–8 week production window. Please book your consultation at least 3 months before your event.
Note: To ensure perfection for your special day, we strongly recommend booking your consultation at least 3 months prior to your event date.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Once your order has been handcrafted and passed quality control, it will be handed over to our carriers (USPS or UPS).

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and do not include the production windows mentioned above.
3. International Shipping (Duties & Taxes)
We are happy to ship our masterpieces worldwide. However, please be aware that customs duties, taxes, and import fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are often collected by your local postal service or customs office.
4. Order Tracking
The journey of your masterpiece is important to us. As soon as your order is packaged and a shipping label is created, you will receive an automated email with your tracking number. You can use this number to follow the journey of your masterpiece from our studio to your doorstep.
5. Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. SEWASIMILARA is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately at talk2sewa@sewasimilara.com.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
Once a package is handed over to the carrier, the risk of loss passes to the customer. While we are not responsible for carrier delays or lost items, we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier should an issue arise.
